Susannah has extensive experience in the Family and Children’s law jurisdiction having worked as a solicitor in these areas in private practice, the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency and Victoria Legal Aid before coming to the Bar in 2009.As a solicitor, Susannah regularly appeared as an advocate in the Magistrates' Court and Family Court, in both original and appellant jurisdictions.Susannah has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including children’s matters and property settlements. Her experience prior to coming to the Bar has meant that she is particularly experienced in appearing for culturally and linguistically diverse clients, and remaining sensitive to difficult family and interpersonal issues affecting Clients.Susannah is available to undertake Court appearance work and paperwork in family law and associated matters.
